Montpoissie

So the label on this cheese says montpoissie. Maybe that’s right? I don’t know. Either way, this cheese tasted stinky. That’s the best way I can describe it. It was a good stinky, though. Brenna described the flavor as “dark” like mushrooms and things like that. I say stinky. It was creamy and mild.

And stinky.
